Refund Policy

Cancellation:
You can initiate an order cancellation within 24 hours.

However, due to the unique nature of our handmade products, we do not support order cancellations without valid reasons after this timeframe. If you still wish to cancel, please note that we can offer a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.

Returns & Refunds:
Please notice that a complete unboxing video is required for after-sales service. If you encounter any issues with your received goods, please don’t hesitate to contact us at service@charmingcheese.store. We will promptly communicate with you to resolve the matter and provide a satisfactory solution.

Handmade balls are consumables. With use, the ball skin will wear out (especially styles containing hard fillings), the filling will evaporate over time, and each customer uses them differently. Therefore, damage caused by play cannot be covered under after-sales service. If the product is already damaged upon receipt, please provide relevant photos or an unboxing video, and we will handle the after-sales service accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

We accept returns within 48 hours of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
