FAQs
1. Are your stress balls really handmade? Why does mine look slightly different from the photos?
Yes! Every stress ball is handmade, so slight variations in color, size, shape, weight, and filling are to be expected. Additionally, since stress balls have a soft outer skin and are vacuum-packed for shipping, they may be slightly compressed during transit. Minor deformation upon arrival does not affect normal use.
2. Why are there small bubbles, dust particles, or glue marks on my stress ball?
Small bubbles, tiny dust particles, or minor glue marks may occasionally appear. It is unavoidable for factory-produced ball skins to have minor imperfections, along with natural handmade details during the producing process.
3. Why does my squish ball have a slight smell?
The TPR outer skin, glue stopper, and some handmade materials may have a mild odor when new. This usually fades over time. If the smell is noticeable, clean the surface and let the ball air out in a well-ventilated area.
4. Why isn't the outer skin sticking closely to the filling?
A small amount of air may remain inside the ball after sealing. Gently insert a fine syringe needle through the tied area or the plug to remove the air. If the outer skin still does not stick properly, it may have a small tear causing an air leak. You can try replacing it with the replacement outer skin included with your order.
6. How should I clean my stress ball?
Gently wipe the surface with a mild cleanser and water. Avoid soaking or scrubbing the ball too hard. Let it dry completely before storing.
7. How should I take care of my stress ball?
Gently squeeze the ball with your fingertips. Avoid using your fingernails or other sharp objects, as they may damage the outer skin. When not in use, store it in a sealed bag and keep it away from direct sunlight to help protect the outer skin and reduce filling loss over time.
8. How long does a stress ball typically last?
The lifespan of a squish ball depends on how often and how firmly it is used. The outer skin will naturally wear over time, especially on styles with hard fillings. If you play with it frequently, it's a good idea to keep some spare empty ball skins on hand for replacement. The filling may also gradually decrease over time. Gentle use and proper storage can help extend its life.
